A data-driven andbusiness-oriented Business Development Analyst to support the growth andday-to-day performance of one of the company’s monetization activities.
The team operates in a fast-paced environment,constantly analyzing, optimizing, and scaling performance while building andstrengthening business relationships to achieve company goals.
This role combines performance analysis, revenue and growthoptimization, and strategic client relationship management, with closecollaboration across R&D, Analytics, Sales, and Design.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, andsolution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on, can-doattitude.
Responsibilites
- Monitorand analyze product and campaign performance to identify optimizationopportunities and revenue growth areas.
- Trackperformance trends and flag issues to relevant teams.
- Manageand grow advertiser activity, including onboarding, ongoing optimization, andperformance scaling.
- Identifynew demand opportunities with existing partners and new advertisers.
- Researchmarket trends and competitors to support business decisions and ongoinginitiatives.
- Planand execute A/B tests, including post-launch analysis and actionable insights.
- Designand maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to ensure data accuracy and clearperformance visibility.
Requirements:
- Availabilityfor a full-time position or 4 days per week (student role).
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Management, or at least 1 year Degreein Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Management, or at least 1year
- Stronganalytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highlevel of ownership with the ability to drive tasks independently in afast-paced environment
- Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a cross-functional environment.
- Strongorganizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented,and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiencyin Excel.
- Highlevel of proficiency in English.
- Knowledgeof SQL (MySQL / snowflake).
- Experience working with clients or businesspartners – an advantage.
- Experiencemanaging and growing direct client accounts – an advantage.
